Decskill España, an IT Talent company, seeks a ServiceNow Technical Lead for its growing IT Service Management unit. This role involves supporting development, documenting complex solutions, and delivering ServiceNow CSM implementations within the Digital Transformation area for a global SaaS provider in the travel industry. Ideal candidates should have extensive relevant experience and strong communication skills.

The ServiceNow Technical Lead must be able to document high-level designs of complex solutions and guide less experienced developers in best practices.
Location: Ideally Spain or Portugal.
