ServiceNow Technical Lead – CSM / Global Travel Company / 100% remote

What are we looking for?

Our IT Service Management team is expanding, and we seek an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead.

Your role will involve supporting the development team by providing guidance, monitoring quality, and developing complex requirements focused on ServiceNow CSM implementations.

In this project:

You will join the Digital Transformation division of a global company specializing in SaaS technology for the travel industry.

The ServiceNow Technical Lead should be capable of documenting high-level designs of complex solutions and guiding junior developers in best practices.

Responsibilities include:

  • Translating user stories into ServiceNow features with minimal customizations.
  • Collaborating with the ServiceNow Architect and other tech leads on design, development, and support, employing best practices.
  • Delivering ServiceNow CSM implementations, including core platform setups, portal enhancements, data integrations, and third-party tool integrations.
  • Reviewing and optimizing implementations for performance, scalability, security, and adherence to low customization principles.
  • Developing enhancements based on UAT feedback and reviewing existing designs for improvements.
  • Ensuring delivery quality and best practice adherence within your team.

Technical & Functional Experience:

  • 8+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM and/or ITSM.
  • Deep knowledge of Case, Incident, Request Management, and Service Catalog setup.
  • Experience in portal management and customization.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and core applications, including CMDB.
  • Experience with integrations via scripted APIs and Integration Hub.
  • Familiarity with Workspaces, UI Builder, and Flow Designer.
  • Knowledge of FSM or ITAM is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills, as you'll collaborate with distributed teams across Europe and India.
