What are we looking for?
Our IT Service Management team is expanding, and we seek an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead.
Your role will involve supporting the development team by providing guidance, monitoring quality, and developing complex requirements focused on ServiceNow CSM implementations.
In this project:
You will join the Digital Transformation division of a global company specializing in SaaS technology for the travel industry.
The ServiceNow Technical Lead should be capable of documenting high-level designs of complex solutions and guiding junior developers in best practices.
