We are seeking a talented professional to deliver superior service through the efficient management and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform.
This role entails developing, configuring, administering, and supporting the ServiceNow ecosystem to ensure streamlined IT service delivery across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, Develop, Implement and Maintain New Modules and Enhancements in ServiceNow
- Configure and Customize ServiceNow Workflows
- Maintain the Integrity and Overall Health of the ServiceNow Platform
- Act as Primary System Administrator for ServiceNow
- Collaborate with Stakeholders
- Develop and Maintain Integrations between ServiceNow and Other Systems
- Monitor Platform Usage and Performance
- Ensure Compliance with Security and Regulatory Standards
- Create and Maintain Documentation
- Provide Support and Training
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ Years of Hands-On Experience in ServiceNow Development and Administration
- Proven Experience with Core ServiceNow Modules
- Strong Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST / SOAP Web Services
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Knowledge of ITIL Principles and Experience Working in ITIL-Aligned Environments
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (Minimum)
