Hacemos nuestros los objetivos de nuestras empresas cliente y nos esforzamos con entusiasmo para conseguirlos, ¿te unes a nuestro equipo?Actualmente seleccionamos **ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant**, para incorporarse a una compañia cuya actividad principal se centra en digitalizar procesos de negocio.**Day-to-day Responsibilities**:- This is a hands-on role capable of leading technical implementations to ensure customers are successfully implemented.- Subject Matter Expert on the delivery of ServiceNow solutions.- Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.- Application UI Configuration.- Workflow Configuration.- Development of required client specific reporting.- Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, Webservices etc).- Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related.- Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.**Skills and Qualifications**:- Minimum 2+ years working in the ServiceNow platform.- Working experience in any module like CSM, ITBM, GRC, SecOps, ITOM, HRSD will be preferred.- Experience of ITIL, minimum foundation level, ideally higher. Knowledge of other frameworks such as COBIT, IT4IT is beneficial.- Experience of WebServices is beneficial, API’s, Database-level integrations/ETL is beneficial.- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and working a SaaS environment Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies is beneficial.- Must have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Spanish, English will be preferred.- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery.- Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity.- Proven team player and team builder.- Desirable: Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM and/or CSM, ITBM, HRSD and ITOM.**We offer**:- Work 100% remotely - Possibility of some presencial meetings in Madrid.- Social benfits as career plans, bonus, trainning program and certifications, mentoring, internal promotions, QBR with team building and annual salary revision.**Company culture**:- The well-being of our employees around the world is the main focus of our culture.
