Formación

In this role, you will be a member of the global ServiceNow (HR) team, collaborating closely with HR Operations, IT, and the ServiceNow platform to implement the global HR ServiceNow roadmap. You will support HR demands from all countries in scope and work on various projects with stakeholders worldwide. As a Technical Lead for our ServiceNow HRSD team, you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to optimize HR operations and drive business results.

You will provide technological direction, contribute to identifying suitable technical solutions, and create innovative, high-quality solutions. You will ensure project compliance and utilize research to innovate, integrate, and manage ServiceNow solutions.

The core of your role involves delivering services to internal clients, sharing expertise, and supporting team efforts to fulfill our commitments.

Your role

As ServiceNow HRSD Lead, your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to developers, functional teams, and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions with a business analyst mindset.
  2. Recommending best practice technical designs, components, and models.
  3. Participating in project phases from discovery to deployment across regions.
  4. Responding to production support issues and assisting support teams with complex problems.
  5. Identifying automation and streamlining opportunities.
  6. Monitoring and improving performance, scalability, and security of HRSD solutions.
  7. Designing and supporting integrations between ServiceNow and other HR applications.
  8. Staying updated with ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices, and analyzing new features for potential implementation.
  9. Collaborating with platform architects to design HR solutions ensuring stability.
  10. Managing data requests, defects, and change requests with IT partners.
  11. Configuring, managing, and monitoring HR services, permissions, and security.
  12. Developing and maintaining technical documentation.

Your Skills and Experience

As a ServiceNow HRSD Technical Lead, your skills and qualifications should include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in IT/HRIS.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and optimizations.
  • Over 3 years of experience in delivering and implementing ServiceNow HRSD core modules.
  • More than 2 years of experience with Portal solutions (widgets, catalog, knowledge base).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and managing offshore teams is a plus.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Service-oriented, team player attitude, capable of working under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and professionalism.
