Formación

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically in ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules. They should also have hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP) and possess official ServiceNow certifications in one or more of these modules.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as a high level of spoken and written English and Spanish (C1 or similar). We value candidates who can take responsibility and focus on meeting objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement and customize workflows, incidents, problems, changes, request management, and service catalogs within the ITSM module.
  • Configure and customize case management modules, self-service portals, customer service workflows, and integrate with third-party tools within the CSM module.
  • Utilize ITOM capabilities for Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, and integration with external systems for automation and proactive infrastructure and operations management.
  • Develop custom integrations using Python programming.
  • Implement automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
