Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.
Main Responsibilities
- Understand ServiceNow platform, community, and services.
- Comprehend the Citizen Development approach within ServiceNow.
- Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform, focusing on WSD module and APIs.
- Develop, maintain, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Manage incidents and requests via the platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, improve processes, and provide technical support.
- Analyze system performance issues and implement corrective actions, identifying root causes.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Implement security policies using ACLs, roles, and groups.
- Document processes and technical solutions.
- Drive digital transformation and innovative solutions with clients.
- Develop application prototypes and Proof of Concepts on ServiceNow.
- Present technical solutions aligned with client business needs.
- Lead workshops on innovation, ideation, and solution development.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow product developments and external trends to expand platform use.
Experience
- At least 3 years in ServiceNow development or similar roles.
- Experience with ITSM and WSD modules.
- Knowledge of Citizen Development.
- Familiar with ServiceNow tools : Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets.
- Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and best practices.
- Experience with Service Portal and custom application development.
- Experience facilitating client workshops to advance initiatives.
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and work efficiently in short timeframes.
- Knowledge of relational databases and ITIL processes.
- Analytical, customer-focused, quick learner, with strong communication skills and fluent English.
