Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.

Main Responsibilities

  • Understand ServiceNow platform, community, and services.
  • Comprehend the Citizen Development approach within ServiceNow.
  • Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform, focusing on WSD module and APIs.
  • Develop, maintain, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Manage incidents and requests via the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, improve processes, and provide technical support.
  • Analyze system performance issues and implement corrective actions, identifying root causes.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Implement security policies using ACLs, roles, and groups.
  • Document processes and technical solutions.
  • Drive digital transformation and innovative solutions with clients.
  • Develop application prototypes and Proof of Concepts on ServiceNow.
  • Present technical solutions aligned with client business needs.
  • Lead workshops on innovation, ideation, and solution development.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow product developments and external trends to expand platform use.

Experience

  • At least 3 years in ServiceNow development or similar roles.
  • Experience with ITSM and WSD modules.
  • Knowledge of Citizen Development.
  • Familiar with ServiceNow tools : Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and best practices.
  • Experience with Service Portal and custom application development.
  • Experience facilitating client workshops to advance initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and work efficiently in short timeframes.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and ITIL processes.
  • Analytical, customer-focused, quick learner, with strong communication skills and fluent English.
