Must Have :
- 3y knowledge and hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform, with special focus on ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules.
- Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP) for data synchronization and workflow enhancement.
- Official ServiceNow certifications in at least one of the mentioned modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM).
- High ability to communicate effectively both orally and documented.
- Analytical skills, synthesis, and critical thinking.
- High level of spoken and written English (C1 or similar).
- Ability to take responsibility and focus on meeting objectives.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Implement and customize workflows, incidents, problems, changes, request management, and service catalogs within the ITSM module.
- Configure and customize case management modules, self-service portals, customer service workflows, and integrate with third-party tools within the CSM module.
- Utilize ITOM capabilities for Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, and integration with external systems for automation and proactive infrastructure and operations management.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP) for data synchronization and workflow enhancement.
- Develop custom integrations using Python programming.
- Implement automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
- Communicate effectively both orally and documented.
- Apply analytical skills, synthesis, and critical thinking to solve problems.
- Manage projects and take responsibility for meeting objectives.
