Amaris Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to enhance its projects and contribute to an agile team. The role requires expertise in the ServiceNow platform, API integrations, and the ability to communicate and manage projects effectively. You'll execute implementing workflows and customizing the ITSM and CSM modules, making a substantial impact in a global consulting environment.

Formación

  • 3 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Official ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, CSM, or ITOM modules.
  • High English proficiency (C1 or similar).

Responsabilidades

  • Implement and customize workflows within the ITSM module.
  • Manage case management modules and customer service workflows.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs.

Must Have :

  • 3y knowledge and hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform, with special focus on ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules.
  • Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP) for data synchronization and workflow enhancement.
  • Official ServiceNow certifications in at least one of the mentioned modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM).
  • High ability to communicate effectively both orally and documented.
  • Analytical skills, synthesis, and critical thinking.
  • High level of spoken and written English (C1 or similar).
  • Ability to take responsibility and focus on meeting objectives.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Implement and customize workflows, incidents, problems, changes, request management, and service catalogs within the ITSM module.
  • Configure and customize case management modules, self-service portals, customer service workflows, and integrate with third-party tools within the CSM module.
  • Utilize ITOM capabilities for Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, and integration with external systems for automation and proactive infrastructure and operations management.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP) for data synchronization and workflow enhancement.
  • Develop custom integrations using Python programming.
  • Implement automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
  • Communicate effectively both orally and documented.
  • Apply analytical skills, synthesis, and critical thinking to solve problems.
  • Manage projects and take responsibility for meeting objectives.
