Amaris Consulting in Oviedo, Asturias, Spain, is looking for a ServiceNow Developer. You will join an international team, work within an agile environment, and participate in kickoff and project follow-up, delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

The role requires 3/4+ years of experience with ServiceNow, scripting in JavaScript, GlideScript, ITSM, WSD, Flow Designer, Studio IDE, and Update Sets, plus strong communication in English.

Formación

• 3/4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or similar engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), web technologies (HTML or XML) and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM and WSD.
• Hands-on experience with Citizen development on ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools such as Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices.
• Experience with Service Portal design and development.
• Experience developing custom applications and integrations with third-party applications.
• Experience facilitating client-facing workshops and progressing initiatives through their lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Ability to work within, and occasionally lead, a multi-disciplinary team delivering high-quality output in short timeframes.
• Knowledge of relational databases.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident management, change management, etc.).
• Analytical mindset and strong customer orientation.
• Ability to quickly understand new technologies through instruction and self-training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluid level).
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• A collaborative mindset – team collaboration is key
