WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

Must Have : +3y knowledge and hands-on experience in the

ServiceNow platform, with special focus on ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules. Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP) for data synchronization and workflow enhancement. Official ServiceNow certifications in at least one of the mentioned modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM). High ability to communicate effectively both orally and documented. Analytical skills, synthesis, and critical thinking. High level of spoken and written English (C1 or similar). Ability to take responsibility and focus on meeting objectives.
