Formación

• 5-6 years hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.
• Good knowledge of ITIL and experience with CSM and ITSM modules.
• Experience in large transformation projects is a plus.

We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst specialized in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM.

Project: The candidate will act as the link between internal customers and the external vendor responsible for project implementation, collaborating with other business analysts.

• Gather, analyze, and review internal customer requirements; maintain a backlog in collaboration with the external vendor and other Product Owners/Business Analysts.
• Review each demand concerning the platform's out-of-the-box features; ensure changes follow ServiceNow best practices or propose alternative solutions.
• Provide guidance on process evolutions and platform capabilities.
• Stay updated with regular product evolutions and share relevant information within and outside the solution team.
• Organize UATs and work on building and updating key test scenarios with the external vendor.
• Propose improvement actions within their functional perimeter.
• Drive functional workshops with end users, assist vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring key topics are addressed.

Requirements:

• 5-6 years hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with CSM and ITSM modules.
• Good knowledge of ITIL.
• Experience in large transformation projects is a plus.
