Una empresa de consultoría IT busca un Business Analyst especializado en ServiceNow, que actúe como nexo entre clientes internos y proveedores externos. La persona seleccionada deberá tener experiencia en CSM e ITSM y contribuir a la mejora continua de procesos en entornos de transformación. El puesto es a tiempo completo y busca fomentar la inclusión y diversidad.

Formación

• 5-6 años de experiencia como Business Analyst, Product Manager, o Product Owner.
• Experiencia con módulos CSM e ITSM en la plataforma ServiceNow.
• Conocimientos de ITIL y experiencia en proyectos de transformación.

Responsabilidades

• Recoger, analizar y revisar requerimientos de clientes internos.
• Proveer guía sobre evolución de procesos y capacidades de la plataforma.
• Organizar UATs y construir/actualizar escenarios de prueba clave.

We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst specialized in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM.

Project: The candidate will act as the link between internal customers and the external vendor responsible for project implementation, collaborating with other business analysts.

• Gather, analyze, and review internal customer requirements; help maintain a backlog in collaboration with the external vendor and other Product Owners/Business Analysts.
• Review each demand against platform out-of-the-box features; ensure changes follow ServiceNow best practices or propose alternative solutions.
• Provide guidance on process evolutions and platform capabilities.
• Stay updated on product evolutions and share relevant information within and outside the team.
• Assist in organizing UATs and building/updating key test scenarios with the external vendor.
• Propose improvements within the functional perimeter.
• Drive functional workshops with end users, support vendors and stakeholders, ensuring key topics are addressed.
• Require 5-6 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with CSM and ITSM modules.
• Good knowledge of ITIL.
• Experience in large transformation projects is a plus.
