This role involves analyzing requirements, guiding process improvements, and organizing user acceptance tests while leveraging a solid background in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules.

Formación

• 5-6 years hands-on experience as Business Analyst/Product Manager/Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with CSM and ITSM modules.
• Good knowledge of ITIL.
• Experience in large transformation projects is a plus.

We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst specialized in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM.

Project : The candidate will act as the link between internal customers and the external vendor responsible for project implementation, working with other business analysts.

1. Gather, analyze, and review internal customer requirements; maintain a backlog in collaboration with the external vendor and other Product Owners/Business Analysts.
2. Review each demand in relation to platform out-of-the-box features; ensure best practices are followed or propose alternative solutions if changes are necessary.
3. Provide guidance on process evolutions and platform capabilities.
4. Stay updated with product evolutions and share relevant information within and outside the team.
5. Organize UATs and build/update key test scenarios with the external vendor.
6. Propose improvements within their functional perimeter.
7. Lead functional workshops with end users, assist vendors and stakeholders, ensuring key topics are addressed.
8. Require 5-6 years of hands-on experience as Business Analyst/Product Manager/Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.
9. Experience with CSM and ITSM modules.
10. Good knowledge of ITIL.
11. Experience in large transformation projects is a plus.
