Decskill busca un Business Analyst especializado en ServiceNow CSM e ITSM para conectar clientes internos con proveedores externos, analizando requisitos y proponiendo mejoras en procesos. Formación

• 5-6 años de experiencia como Business Analyst, Product Manager o Product Owner en la plataforma ServiceNow.
• Experiencia en módulos CSM y ITSM.
• Conocimiento en proyectos de transformación a gran escala es un plus.

Responsabilidades

• Recopilar, analizar y revisar los requisitos del cliente interno.
• Organizar UATs y desarrollar escenarios de prueba clave con el proveedor externo.
• Proponer mejoras dentro del perímetro funcional.

We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst specialized in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM.

Project: The candidate will act as the link between internal customers and the external vendor responsible for project implementation, collaborating with other business analysts.

• Gather, analyze, and review internal customer requirements, maintain a backlog with the external vendor and other Product Owners/Business Analysts.
• Review each demand against platform out-of-the-box features, ensuring best practices are followed or proposing alternatives when changes are necessary.
• Provide guidance on process evolutions and platform capabilities.
• Stay updated on product evolutions and share relevant information within and outside the team.
• Organize UATs and develop/update key test scenarios with the external vendor.
• Propose improvements within the functional perimeter.
• Drive functional workshops with end users, assist vendors and stakeholders, ensuring key topics are addressed.

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with CSM and ITSM modules.
• Good knowledge of ITIL.
• Experience with large transformation projects is a plus.
