What You'll Do

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will strengthen the international team Group's Software Engineering department, more specifically in the ServiceNow platform. The main tasks will be:

1. Requirements gathering from the business and translating into technology solutions.
2. Implement, develop, and be responsible for IT solutions on the internal ServiceNow application suite used worldwide.
3. Coordinate and control the development for the area of responsibility at the solution level.
4. Responsible for the holistic life cycle: from the introduction to the implementation of requirements and the rollout to operation.
5. Analyze and coordinate the requirements and specifications of the implementation as well as the design of the solution architecture.
6. Provide strategic and operational advice for internal customers and ensure an efficient support chain.

What You'll Need

1. Desired University degree in IT or similar.
2. Professional experience in IT projects with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in the architecture of the IRM module.
3. Knowledge in ITIL is a plus.
4. Great communication skills.

Additional details:

• Hybrid work with 8 days a month at the office in Barcelona.
• Language: English is a must and German is a plus.
