Formación

Job Purpose


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hands on ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This role is responsible for aligning platform architecture with business goals, establishing best practices, and ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of ServiceNow across the organization. This will also work with complex platform developement activities such as integrations, implementations and customizations.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and technical roadmap of ServiceNow platform solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, SPM, BCM and custom applications in alignment with the ESM platform owner

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and support solutions engineer on the architecture and solution design.

• Define and enforce ServiceNow development standards, governance processes, and best practices.

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to ServiceNow solutions engineers, developers and administrators.

• Evaluate and integrate new ServiceNow features and modules; lead upgrades and migrations.

• Create and maintain architectural documentation, including data models, process diagrams, and integration architecture.

• Hands on development activities such as integrations, customizations, and custom applications.

• Ensure platform scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.

• Support business case development and cost analysis related to ServiceNow implementations.

• Collaborate with other enterprise architects and IT leaders to ensure platform alignment with overall enterprise architecture.

Requirements

Education


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

7+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years in a ServiceNow architect or lead developer role.

Experience

• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, BCM, IRM, CMDB, and Integration Hub.

• Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).


Preferred:


• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Technical Architect.
• Experience with Waterfall/Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Experience in cloud-based IT service management tools and automation.
