Ingram Micro in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a Platform Success Manager to drive adoption of Xvantage and other platform capabilities. You will bridge regional and global teams to deliver measurable business value and accelerate digital platform transformation.

This full-time role requires fluent English and a track record in platform adoption, change management, and KPI-driven results, with the opportunity to grow within a global technology distributor.

Responsabilidades

• Drive adoption and utilization of Xvantage, CRM, IDA, Zendesk, and other platform capabilities.
• Coach teams on maximizing platform capabilities to improve productivity and performance.
• Sserve as the key link between regional teams and Global Platform Business.
• Experience leading digital transformation, platform adoption, or business enablement of CRM, analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools, or digital driving change management and process improvement.
• Experience measuring and improving business performance through KPIs.

Platform Success Manager

The Platform Success Manager (PSM) is responsible for ensuring that digital platform capabilities generate measurable business value. Acting as the bridge between business leaders, regional sales leader, Country teams, and Global Platform Business, the PSM drives platform adoption, utilisation, business transformation, and execution excellence for the assigned global platform initiative. The role translates platform capabilities into material business outcomes and supports the organisation’s journey toward becoming a Platform Company.
