Formación

• 3+ years of experience in service virtualization or related fields.
• Proficiency in service virtualization tools.
• Strong understanding of Linux systems.

• Address service tickets and incidents based on Jira tickets.

We are seeking a talented Service Virtualization Engineer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in deploying, managing, and modernizing virtualization infrastructure while supporting product teams and driving service adoption. Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure Deployment: Deploy Parasoft infrastructure on-premises and in AWS environments.
2. Infrastructure Health: Maintain and modernize the service virtualization (SV) infrastructure while enhancing capability and adoption.
3. Incident Resolution: Address service tickets and incidents based on Jira tickets.
4. Service Virtualization Support: Assist product teams in virtualizing services to streamline workflows.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct stakeholder meetings and updates regarding service improvements and usage.

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in service virtualization or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience in advanced software delivery.
• Proficiency in service virtualization tools such as Parasoft, SmartBear ReadyAPI, and Mountebank.
• Strong understanding of Linux systems.

Desired Qualities

• DevOps mindset with a Service Owner approach.
• Technical expertise in adopting and implementing modern tools.
• Excellent communication skills to lead "Show & Tell" sessions and communicate technical updates effectively.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• AWS knowledge.
• Automation testing experience to support automation teams.
• Proficiency in Java / Maven.
• Familiarity with tools like JMeter.
