A leading technical service provider is seeking a Field Technical Service professional in Oviedo, Spain. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and experience in technical support. This full-time position requires a proactive approach to resolving service issues and instructing clients on equipment usage.

Responsabilidades

  • Serve as the key customer contact on technical and service related problems.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical/service issues.
  • Instruct clients on the proper usage and operation of equipment.
  • Document and maintain clients service logs.
  • Prepare reports for product failure analysis.

Field Technical Service provides technical expertise / support in assisting clients with installations maintenance upgrades and repairs including :

  • Serving as the key customer contact on technical and service related problems to achieve required product / service performance standards and total customer satisfaction
  • Diagnosing troubleshooting and resolving technical / service issues
  • Instructing clients on the proper usage and operation of equipment
  • Documenting and maintaining clients service logs
  • Preparing reports for product failure analysis and serviceability issues and escalating to relevant engineering teams
  • Work Environment: Typically on-site / field and does not handle queries remotely via phone / emails
