Join the Customer Experience Domain in Digital Product & Technology as a Service Product Manager and you will play a lead role in one of the biggest transformation programmes in TUI Musement (TUIMM) history - the Digital Service Transformation.

ABOUT THE JOB
  • You will work closely on understanding the customer/user problems faced by our key service business stakeholders: Contact Centre & In-Destination Service Delivery Teams
  • Represent these customer/user problems to our TUI Group product & tech teams with clear priorities, working with them on creating viable products that progress our key Service KPIs in TUI Musement
  • Work closely with the product management team in TUI Group to progress the roadmap for the future contact centre features to be delivered by the TUI Group product team on behalf of TUI Musement
  • Take personal ownership of KPIs and ensure that all developments are aligned to drive performance working in partnership with our Data & Analytics team
  • You will be an excellent communicator to key stakeholders ensuring they are informed and involved on development progress, KPI performance, and governance meetings.
ABOUT YOU
  • Experience as a Product Manager or Owner
  • Working knowledge of customer contact centre products & technology (SAP C4C a benefit but not required)
  • A data-driven individual obsessed with providing trackable value to our customers & users
  • Working knowledge within Agile/Product Teams
  • Knowledge of backlog management and coordination
  • Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence & Microsoft Teams is a benefit
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
