Service & Network Specialist Spain

The Service & Network Specialist (m/f/d) will provide technical assistance to distributors, wholesalers, garages, [pro]Tech+ associates, and ZF service point network. Responsibilities include coordinating technical visits and training on the full product range, supporting the sales department and ZF [pro]Tech concept, and participating in the acquisition of potential [pro]Tech+ candidates. The role involves communicating with external and internal customers to resolve claims following ZF's procedures and tools, delivering technical support to Tech PC queries in the Customer Competence Center, and registering all claims and customer visits through Salesforce and Helpdesk Ticket System, as well as ZF's designated systems like Salesforce "Smart Report".

What you can look forward to as Service & Network Specialist:

  1. Organizing and delivering training courses to independent aftermarket customers in Northeast Spain.
  2. Visiting [pro]Tech+ workshops regularly to resolve technical claims, support their needs, and promote retention & loyalty.
  3. Providing technical support via phone/mail and registering cases in Salesforce.
  4. Attending and supporting fairs, including stand preparation and customer reception.
  5. Providing 2nd level support to sales, COM, Marketing, and Product Management.
  6. Updating department monthly activity reports.
  7. Registering customer visits and technical assistance in Salesforce.
  8. Maintaining and updating the PC technical forum in MS Teams.
  9. Work environment involves 40% in the office and 60% outside, with occasional weekend work for fairs and customer events.

Your profile as Service & Network Specialist:

  1. Degree in car mechanics/electronics or equivalent qualification.
  2. 2-3 years of automotive experience in a technical field or 5 years of practical work experience in vehicle repair & diagnostics.
  3. Proficient in spoken and written English and Spanish.
  4. Proficient in MS Office and vehicle diagnosis tools.
  5. Ability to develop and deliver training to individuals and groups.
  6. Good technical vehicle knowledge (PC, LCV).
  7. Good communication and presentation skills.
  8. Complaint handling and conflict management skills.
  9. Problem-solving and analysis skills.
