Are you ready to take on an exciting role in an international environment? We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Engineer White Liquor Plant South Europe (m/f/d) to join our ANDRITZ Pulp & Paper team.

The location

The job is based in Belgium, France, Spain, and Portugal, either at our office in San Sebastian or remote (Spain). Main customers are located in the North of Spain.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and execute field services according to the contract, ensuring compliance with QHSE and delivery processes both regionally and globally.
2. Support the service of WLP products within the sub-region.
3. Assist customers with troubleshooting in close cooperation with relevant product team members.
4. Maintain continuous and open communication with the Product Home team.
5. Serve as a technology expert in the respective product area.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Expertise:

• A technical university degree or relevant professional experience in pulp technology or cement plant operations.
• Experience with site installations and management of installation projects.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages such as French and Portuguese are a plus.

Competencies:

• Site installation expertise.
• Strong social skills, including a service-oriented attitude and ability to work in multicultural environments.
• Customer-oriented mindset, teamwork, flexibility, independence, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage teams and willingness to travel up to 70%.
