About the team

The Online Tribe at Deutsche Bank Private Bank Germany is responsible for digital customer access channels and services offered by Deutsche Bank and Postbank. Your key responsibilities

• Implement and operate critical digital investment processes of Deutsche Bank’s Online Banking platform in Google Cloud, following the "you built it, you run it" principle.
• Design and implement data architecture and multi-channel API solutions within an agile squad in a GCP ecosystem and Microservice Architecture, aligned with the Investments feature Roadmap.
• Ensure technical solutions meet high quality standards, are scalable, handle high load scenarios, and are cost-efficient, reusable, and sustainable.
• Focus on customer needs, understand business and customer logic, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to develop optimal technical solutions.
• Contribute to technology guilds and communities to develop standards and solutions beyond the investments squads.
• Maintain stable production through monitoring, analyzing customer complaints, and supporting regular releases.

Your skills and experiences

• Hands-on experience with applications on Google Cloud, Docker/Kubernetes, GKE, or similar technologies.
• Expertise in Google Cloud Platform services (Cloud Spanner, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Functions), Event-Driven and Microservice Architectures, and relevant technologies like Jakarta EE, Quarkus, Node.js.
• Experience managing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), testing/QA tools (JUnit, Serenity, Cucumber, Selenium), and CI/CD tools (GitHub workflows, GitHub Actions).
• Experience working in a multinational agile environment with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Proactive, collaborative team player with self-confidence.
• Ability to remain calm and detail-oriented under stress.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
