Una empresa líder en instrumentación científica busca un ingeniero de servicio de campo para instalar y mantener sus sistemas en España. El candidato ideal debe tener una sólida formación técnica en ingeniería eléctrica o química y experiencia en el campo de diagnóstico molecular. Se requiere capacidad para viajar frecuentemente y habilidades efectivas de comunicación en inglés y español. Esta posición ofrece la oportunidad de contribuir a innovaciones en el sector científico mientras se trabaja en un entorno dinámico y en constante evolución.

Formación

• Experiencia práctica en el campo de diagnóstico molecular (PCR) es un plus.
• Experiencia comprobada en trabajo de servicio de campo.
• Licencia de conducir válida.

Responsabilidades

• Inspeccionar, instalar, configurar y probar sistemas en los sitios de los clientes.
• Proporcionar soporte técnico, de software y de aplicación a los clientes.
• Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en los sitios de los clientes.

Location : Madrid

• Familiarize with specific instrumentation prior to installation from issued documentation and participate in the final testing process in the factory.
• Liaise with customers and colleagues in the site planning process prior to installation.
• Inspect, install, set up, test, and achieve specifications of systems and accessories at customers’ sites, and deliver basic operator training.
• Carry out breakdown and planned maintenance at customers’ sites.
• Provide technical, software, and application support and assistance to customers and colleagues, either directly or via remote diagnosis.
• Perform procedures necessary to validate systems to certifiable standards.
• Contribute technical input to the sales team in non-routine sales cases.
• Frequent travel throughout Spain is essential; travel to abroad sites may occur, especially within Europe.
• Activities cover all products manufactured or represented by the company.
• Qualifications in electrical or electronic engineering, chemistry, or biochemistry are required. Practical experience in the Molecular Diagnostic (PCR) field is a plus.
• Solid technical or scientific background from industry or academia.
• Proven experience in field service work.
• Valid driving license.
• No visa restrictions preventing travel within the USA or EMEA.
• Strong relationship-building skills, inspiring trust and confidence.
• Self-motivated with a team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn continuously in a rapidly advancing technological environment.
• Ability to take responsibility for the complete installation and commissioning of sophisticated instrumentation and instruct users in its operation.
• Capable of diagnosing malfunctions and actively resolving service problems.
• Good computer literacy, familiar with data systems hardware and standard operating systems.
• Effective communication skills in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
