Formación

Job Responsibilities
  1. Familiarize with instrumentation through documentation and factory testing.
  2. Coordinate with customers and colleagues during site planning prior to installation.
  3. Inspect, install, set up, test systems, and provide basic operator training at customer sites.
  4. Perform breakdown and planned maintenance at customer locations.
  5. Provide technical, software, and application support to customers and colleagues, including remote diagnosis.
  6. Validate systems to certifiable standards.
  7. Contribute technical input to the sales team for non-routine sales cases.
  8. Travel frequently within Spain; international travel within Europe may be required.
  9. Support all products manufactured or represented by the company.
Qualifications
  • Degree in electrical, electronic engineering, chemistry, biochemistry, or equivalent practical experience in Mass Spectrometry.
  • Solid technical or scientific background from industry or academia.
  • Proven experience in field service work.
  • No visa restrictions preventing travel within the USA or EMEA.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, inspiring trust and confidence.
  • Self-motivated with a team-oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to learn continuously in a fast-evolving technological environment.
  • Ability to handle complete installation and commissioning of sophisticated instruments and train users.
  • Strong diagnostic skills to resolve service issues.
  • Good computer literacy, familiar with data hardware and standard operating systems.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
