CHINT is seeking an experienced role to manage on-site installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of PV inverters and PV systems for Spain and international projects.

The candidate will provide remote technical support, maintenance, and training for service partners and end customers. Strong communication, teamwork, and travel readiness are essential for success.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish at C1/C2 and fluent English required.
• University degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of after-sales experience for inverters/UPS or related field.
• Experience with PV inverters and PV systems, and knowledge of grid requirements.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• On-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of PV inverters and PV systems for local Spain and overseas projects.
• Provide remote technical support and maintenance for PV inverters and PV systems.
• Support local engineers, clients, or service partners across Spain with timely solutions, remotely or on-site.
• Create service manuals and standard documentation; train service partners and end customers on installation and maintenance.
• Provide feedback to the company based on on-site information and customer suggestions.
• Document and record after-sales work; assist with internal tasks.

About the Role

The role involves responsibility for on-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of PV inverters and PV systems for local (Spain) and overseas projects, along with providing remote technical support and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for on-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of PV inverters and PV systems for local (Spain) and overseas projects
• Provision of remote technical support as well as remote maintenance and fault diagnosis for PV inverters and PV systems
• Remote or on-site support for local engineers, clients, or service partners across Spain to provide timely solutions
• Creation of service manuals and standard technical documentation, as well as training of service partners and end customers regarding installation and maintenance
• Feedback of on-site information and customer suggestions to the company
• Documentation and recording of after-sales work
• Support for internal tasks

Qualifications:

• Spanish language proficiency at C1/C2 or fluent level (spoken and written)
• Fluent English skills in both spoken and written form are required
• University or College degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of PV inverters and PV systems
• Familiarity with PV system products and local (Spanish/EU) grid requirements and standards
• Good interpersonal skills and communication abilities
• Team spirit, open-minded, active, independent, and confident
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the after-sales area for inverters, UPS systems, or a related field
• Willingness to travel frequently (domestically within Spain and internationally)
• Applicants with business trip experience or international service experience are preferred
