What will make you successful in this position?

  • Set up the AMS AD services structure at Iris
  • Define the Service Catalog for Service Requests
  • Ensure service delivery according to contractual SLAs
  • Organize and facilitate Service Review Meetings
  • Coordinate volume forecasting and charging agreements
  • Manage and measure SLAs, implement improvements
  • Plan and deliver the full application development cycle
  • Handle a CORE-FLEX team

Key Responsibilities
