Job Title

Service Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the delivery of contracted services such as maintenance and information technology to customers.
  2. Serve as the primary contact for internal and external clients regarding service delivery.
  3. Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded.
  4. Deliver implementations and ongoing services on time, meeting client requirements, while managing project schedules, risks, scope, and budgets.
  5. Build and maintain strong client relationships and participate in client meetings to ensure satisfaction.
  6. Ensure operational teams and service partners understand client needs and provide support.
  7. Promote organizational capabilities to achieve contract extensions or additional business.
  8. Support contract renewals and expand service offerings within the current customer base.
  9. Define budget needs, monitor P&L, and perform variance analysis.
  10. Manage customer invoicing and payment milestones.

About the ideal candidate:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or related field.
  2. Cybersecurity knowledge and experience.
  3. Knowledge of ABDO standards (desirable).
  4. Ability to pass VGB-B security clearance.
  5. Commuting distance to Schiphol Airport.
  6. ITIL certification.
  7. Incident management experience.
  8. Proficiency in English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
  9. Knowledge of contract and project management.
  10. Financial management skills for budgeting and performance reporting.
  11. Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
