The role requires managing SAP application support services, client relationships, and leading project teams while ensuring compliance with service levels. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience and must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting and support.
• Strong background in managing client relationships.
• Proven experience leading project teams and tracking KPIs.

Hybrid : 3 days in the office

Languages Required : English AND Spanish

Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage the delivery of SAP application support and maintenance services

Manage client relationships

Track KPIs and SLAs

Ensure services are delivered to the client's satisfaction

Lead project teams - Functional and Technical

Work on process improvements and automation ideas

Monitor progress of all developments

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance reports

Ensure compliance with contractual service levels

Proactively mitigate risks and detect issues
