Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and project cost controlling.
• Solid accounting knowledge with POC accounting method experience preferred.

Regional MED> Finance Service MED>

As a member of the regional Finance team, the Service Controller is a key finance anchor point and trusted advisor for finance matters for the Service organization.

Responsibilities

1. Perform controlling activities related to sales and contract execution phases.
2. Support month-end finance processes in accordance with the Vestas Standard Operating Procedures and ensure timely and accurate closure of the financial statements to the Region and Group.
3. Analyse actual performance of the business cluster, focusing on deviations compared to planned performance.
4. Develop monthly forecasting processes ensuring business accountability and ownership.
5. Oversight and promote SAP data quality input from the organization.
6. Act as a gatekeeper of risks in relation to Service financials.
7. Provide and present an executive summary of the performance to the Service Management team. Contribute, agree, and follow up on actions.

Qualifications

1. University degree with a major in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar.
2. 3-5 years of relevant experience in project cost controlling, financial analysis, and business performance management, preferably within multinational companies.
3. Solid accounting knowledge. Experience in POC (percentage of completion) accounting method is beneficial.
4. Experienced user of SAP, SAP/BI, or SAP HANA. Preferred experience in using data visualization tools (Power BI, SAC).
5. Full English proficiency is required. Spanish is favored.
6. Strong analytical skills, collaborative mindset, and can-do attitude.
7. Good communication skills and ability to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
8. You have a curious mind, solid investigative abilities, and enjoy diving into data and analysis.
9. You are organized, self-motivated, and able to deliver on deadlines.
