Evotix is seeking a Service Cloud Engineer in Spain/Portugal to own Salesforce Service Cloud from ground up, shaping structure, governance and long-term roadmap. The role focuses on 0→1 design, scalable case management, SLAs and AI-enabled workflows.

Ideal candidates will have Salesforce Platform Administrator cert and proven ability to lead a Service Cloud initiative in a fast-growing SaaS environment, communicating in English with technical clarity.

Formación

Must be Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator.
Experience building or transforming Service Cloud setups (0→1).
Strong design of case management, automation (Flows), routing and SLAs.
Experience in a high-growth environment.
Ability to communicate in English using technical terminology.

Responsabilidades

Own Salesforce Service Cloud: structure, governance and long-term roadmap.
Design and implement scalable case management (routing, queues, SLAs, escalations).
Establish SLA frameworks, entitlements, and performance tracking.
Drive improvements by identifying gaps and inefficiencies; troubleshoot end-to-end.
Embed AI capabilities into Service Cloud over time, including AI-assisted routing and agent tools.
