Amàre Beach Hotel Marbella, part of Fuerte Group Hotels, seeks a Customer Service Assistant/Guest Relations Assistant to elevate guest experiences at Marbella’s beachfront, adults-only resort. You will deliver personalized care to VIP guests, manage Exclusive check-ins, respond to guest feedback, and support social content creation and event operations.

Responsibilities include improving guest satisfaction, assisting with banquet setups, upselling, and stepping in for the Customer Service

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or guest relations in a 4★ hotel or higher.
• Diploma in Tourism, Event Management or related field required.
• Fluent in Spanish with English and French at B1 level; additional languages a plus.
• Experience with property management systems and Office tools.
• Strong interpersonal, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.

To support our Guest Relations and Events team, we are seeking a guest-focused, detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant / Guest Relations Assistant (Ayudante de Atención al Cliente) in Marbella, Spain.

In this interactive role, you will elevate guest satisfaction and support event operations. Specifically, you will deliver personalized care to VIP guests, manage “Exclusive” check-ins, process guest feedback, create content for social media, and oversee banquet setups. By doing so, you will ensure an extraordinary experience across every shift.

Job Description: Customer Service Assistant (Amàre Beach Hotel Marbella)

Your Mission: Exceptional Hospitality & Guest Experience Support

Your primary goal involves driving guest satisfaction and event success across our adults-only resort. To achieve this, you will deliver personalized care to VIP guests. At the same time, you will keep event staging and guest feedback logs well-managed. Therefore, you will handle Exclusive check-ins, process online guest reviews, drive extra service sales, and step in for the Customer Service Manager during their absence. As a result, you will eliminate service bottlenecks and protect our resort’s reputation for luxury hospitality.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• VIP Care & Check-In Management: Deliver personalized attention to VIP and guest-with-special-needs profiles. Furthermore, execute “Exclusive” service check-ins and step in for the Customer Service Manager during their absence.
• Reputation & Feedback Monitoring: Receive, track, and resolve guest reviews and complaints across online channels (Booking, TripAdvisor, Google) and offline logs. In addition, maintain the guest database accurately.
• Event & Banquet Execution: Assist in marketing hotel event spaces and oversee meeting and banquet staging according to operational manuals.
• Sales & Content Generation: Drive upselling, cross-selling, and ancillary sales. Moreover, draft guest information materials and generate content for the social media and communications team.
• Vendor & Compliance Audit: Monitor external vendor contracts for quality compliance. Consequently, adhere strictly to health, safety, environmental, labor, and data protection (GDPR) standards.

Who You Are: The Proactive Guest Relations Specialist

• Proven Foundations: You bring at least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service or Guest Relations Assistant in 4-star or higher hotels.
• Educational Background: You hold a Vocational Degree (FP I/II, Grado Medio or Superior) in Tourist Commercialization, Event Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• The Linguist: You display B1-level proficiency in both English and French alongside fluent Spanish. Knowledge of additional international languages is considered a valuable plus.
• Technical Skills: You feel comfortable working with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate level.
• Key Competencies: You demonstrate exceptional interpersonal communication, detail orientation, problem-solving skills, and a polished hospitality mindset.
