Job summary

Yugo is a global student housing provider seeking a Service and Sales Assistant to support the full sales cycle and enhance the student experience across our spaces.

You will engage with students, manage communications, and handle key administrative tasks while ensuring smooth operations in line with our values of people, planet, and passion.

Qualifications

• The ability to be proactive with strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Highly organized with the ability to take on multiple tasks regularly.
• Intermediate skills in using MS Office and online systems/databases.
• Resilience and adaptability, as well as a great cultural diversity awareness.
• Qualification and/or willingness to undertake training for Carbon Literacy

Responsibilities

• Sale, Sale, and Sale. Support the full sales cycle.
• Use your upbeat, outgoing personality to drive the student experience.
• Manage the communication across the space and with our students as well as complete all the key administrative tasks.
• Ensure the smooth run of our space throughout the operational calendar and student lifecycle from arrival, departure, and summer turnaround.
• Manage the good and turn around the not so good — handle complaints and offer excellent student experiences.

We are currently on the lookout for a Service and Sales Assistant to join our amazing team. It’s a big job! You will be part of a team of awesome Yugoers across the globe, who will support you to ensure we are consistent in the service we provide to our students.
