Son Manera Retreat Finca on the outskirts of Montuiri, Mallorca, is hiring a versatile Service and Guest Care Allrounder. Join a warm team at a 25-room retreat focused on yoga, meditation, and seminars. You will work independently, handling front-of-house hospitality and behind-the-scenes operations.

The role covers breakfast service, dinner setup, guest check-ins/outs, concierge help, and daily housekeeping. Requires hospitality experience and fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and manage the morning breakfast buffet and guest beverages.
• Set up tables for dinner, manage drink orders, and assist guests.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, including billing and reception tasks.
• Provide concierge services for excursions, bike rentals, and massages.
• Carry out daily cleaning and general support to keep the retreat in top shape.

Are you passionate about hospitality and love putting a smile on guests' faces? Son Manera Retreat Finca, located on the outskirts of Montuiri and just 30 minutes from Palma, Mallorca, is looking for a versatile Service and Guest Care Allrounder to join a warm and dedicated team. Specializing in yoga, meditation, and seminar retreats across 25 beautiful rooms, our finca offers a serene and inspiring work environment where you can work independently while taking on diverse responsibilities.

In this role, you will be an essential part of the daily guest experience, ensuring both front-of-house hospitality and smooth operations behind the scenes:

• Prepare and manage the morning breakfast buffet, attend to guest beverage requests, clear tables, and handle dishwashing
• Set up tables for dinner service, manage drink orders, clear up, and assist guests with any questions
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, including billing and administrative reception tasks
• Provide comprehensive concierge services, assisting guests with excursion tips, bike rentals, and massage bookings
• Carry out daily cleaning and general support tasks to keep the retreat center in top shape

What you bring to our retreat team:

• Proven experience in gastronomy, hospitality, or customer service
• Strong communication skills with fluency in both Spanish and English
• Existing residency on the island of Mallorca
• A well-groomed, professional appearance coupled with a friendly, positive, and humorous demeanor
• Strong organizational skills, ease with administrative work, and the ability to stay calm and poised during busy times
• A genuine personal interest in holistic lifestyle themes such as yoga, wellness, and healthy nutrition

This is a year-round, part-time position with a 5-day working week of approximately 30 to 35 hours. Working hours are organized in morning or evening shifts between 07:30 and 22:00, offering steady and structured planning throughout the entire year on Mallorca.
