What We Are Looking For

We seek a new team member to join us as a Cybersecurity Technical Incident Manager, with at least 3 years of proven experience as a Cybersecurity Incident Manager.

Your Role at Babel
  • Lead incident resolution, including 24x7 on-call duties.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Cybersecurity Incident Response Plans.
  • Assist in developing and implementing processes, procedures, and operational instructions for Incident Management.
  • Collaborate in Problem Management processes.
  • Develop incident management test plans.
  • Prepare incident reports.
  • Coordinate with cybersecurity teams, forensics, SOC, Blue Team, Red Team, AppSec, Architecture, Security Infrastructures, GRC, and SMO during incidents.
  • Manage all involved teams internally and externally during incidents.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Cybersecurity Incident Manager.
  • Deep knowledge of the incident lifecycle in a multi-client SOC environment.
  • Practical experience leading significant cybersecurity incidents.
  • Knowledge of SOC platforms (SIEM, SOAR).
  • Cyber intelligence knowledge.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Autonomy and team collaboration skills.
  • High motivation.
  • Certifications such as GIAC GCIH, GCIL, CREST CCIM, EC-Council ECIH, CompTIA CySA+ are a plus.
  • Experience leading a 24/7/365 environment is desirable.
Additional/Valuable Skills
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • ITIL knowledge.
