Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy & Execution – Improve search rankings & organic traffic through on-page, off-page & technical SEO
2. Keyword Research & Audits – Leverage tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush & Google Search Console for insights
3. Google Ads & YouTube Ads Management – Plan, launch & optimize paid ad campaigns for multiple clients
4. Campaign Performance Tracking – Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager & data-driven insights to boost ROI
5. A/B Testing & CRO – Optimize landing pages, bidding strategies & ad creatives for higher conversions
6. Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO & paid media efforts with business goals

Ideal Profile & Requirements:

1. Fluent in German & English (written & spoken)
2. Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads & YouTube Ads
3. Strong analytical & data-driven mindset
4. Expertise with Google Analytics, GTM & keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
5. Experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) & UX best practices
6. Ability to manage ad budgets efficiently & maximize performance
