We are looking for a proactive and results driven SEO Consultant with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who has a solid grounding in technical SEO , a strategic mindset , and the confidence to manage SEO projects independently from planning to execution.
You will be working with a diverse range of clients or internal stakeholders , helping to develop and implement SEO strategies that drive measurable growth in organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.
Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Audits : Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and others.
- Site Optimization : Identify and resolve technical issues related to crawlability, indexability, site speed, structured data, internal linking, and more.
- On-Page SEO : Optimize landing pages, meta data, headers, and content to align with SEO best practices and keyword strategies.
- Keyword Research & Strategy : Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities and develop targeted strategies based on business goals and user intent.
- Project Management : Own SEO projects from briefing and research through to implementation, analysis, and reporting—managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
- Performance Monitoring : Track, report, and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, GSC, Looker Studio, and other tools.
- Client / Stakeholder Communication : Deliver clear, insightful updates and recommendations in both written and verbal formats.
- Collaboration : Work closely with developers, designers, content creators, and other marketers to implement SEO best practices across web assets.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience , ideally in an agency or multi-client environment.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO concepts, tools, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently with minimal oversight.
- Familiarity with major SEO tools : Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs / SEMrush, Screaming Frog etc.
- Comfortable with data analysis and performance reporting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and driven by results.
- Salary from €26K to €32K + 10% annual performance bonus
- Flexible working , with three days a week in the office. Working hours from 9.30 to 6.30, with Fridays finishing at 4
