The role involves developing and implementing global SEO strategies across numerous websites while working in a dynamic digital hub. The ideal candidate is experienced in technical SEO and multilingual markets and will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience through effective SEO practices.

They create Innovative medicines for people and animals, adding value through innovation for the three business areas human pharmaceuticals, animal health and biopharmaceutical contract manufacturing.

Our client´s Go-to-Market-model (GTM) is the mutual way in which we and our customers interact with each other. It allows them to take a truly customer-centric approach.

The model includes all functions and channels which impact the customer experience and focuses on continuously improving how we plan, execute, and govern the global business approach for the various global regions. As the successful implementation of the GTM-model depends on strong and agile Business and Medical processes.

Our client has created a Digital Hub, with facilities in Sant Cugat del Vallès, that will serve the entire group internationally. With present in more than 60 countries and 5 continents, so the projects are international and a unique opportunity to work with a large volume of data and campaigns.

We are looking for a SEO Consultant to join de Digital GTM Team, implementing new SEO strategies worldwide.

• Develop and implementglobal SEO strategy across all the websites (more than 500 websites)
• Technical SEO audits, content and websites migration (content and platform).
• Content Strategy - Keyword research, content gap, editorial plan and link building strategy.
• International SEO Audits and Implementation.Multilingual and Multiregional.
• Create E2E processes for SEO best practices, SEO playbooks and provide trainings to IT and Product Owners.
• Create ad hoc dashboards considering business goals in Visualization Tool (Tableau) – valuable.
• Automation of external data from different tools through scripts and APIs – valuable.
• CRO experiments and personalization for BI websites. Processes and implementation – valuable.

Requirements :

• 4 years or more of experience as SEO Consultant.
• Experience working in technical SEO audits in multilingual markets.
• Advanced level of English. Other is a plus.
• Experience in SEO content creation (on site and off site), and technical SEO.
• Keyword research experience.
• Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Search console and SEMrush, Sistrix, or similar.
• Experience managing CMS.
• Structured, orderly, capable of designing and improving processes.
• Analysis capacity.
• Experience in international markets.
