DDN in Madrid is seeking a Lead Integrations & AI Engineer (Workday) to be the technical lead for integrations across the Workday HCM landscape. You will partner with HR and TA stakeholders to design, build, and support scalable integrations and automations.

The role combines traditional Workday integration patterns with API-driven automation and AI-enabled workflows, in a fast-paced environment. You will mentor teams and ensure secure, reliable operation of complex integrations.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience, with a strong focus on Workday HCM.
• Experience leading integration work from requirements through design, development, testing, deployment and post-production support.
• Deep practical expertise with Workday Studio, EIBs, Workday web services, Core Connectors, and document transformations.
• Strong experience with API-based integration patterns (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Experience with iPaaS technologies such as Workato.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment and support of Workday HCM integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, TA and HCM Systems stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Build and enhance integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Workday connectors, and integrations documentation.
• Develop API-based automations incorporating AI capabilities while maintaining security and reliability.
• Own troubleshooting, monitoring, and production support with emphasis on resiliency and observability.
