Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related HRIS systems across Spain or Portugal. You will partner with HR, IT, Total Rewards, and vendors to translate business needs into scalable configurations and reliable processes.

This fully remote role requires hands-on Workday configuration across modules, strong problem solving, testing and release management, and a focus on data integrity, security, and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field preferred.
3+ years of HRIS or technical systems experience with Workday configuration.
Experience with Workday across multiple functional areas (security, reporting, data integrity, releases, integrations).
Experience collaborating with international, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Configure and support Workday across applications.
Monitor data integrity, security, and system reliability.
Assist with testing, releases, and integrations.
Collaborate with HR, IT, Total Rewards, and vendors across countries.
Document configurations and provide user guides.
