  • WSET Level 3 or higher is required, with WSET Level 4 preferred. Other certifications relevant to the wine industry are also valued.
  • Business-minded, with the ability to assess wines across price points based on quality, value, volume, and commercial relevance.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with a humble and diplomatic approach.
  • Autonomous, organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Excel is essential.
  • Fluent English is essential; French is highly valued, and Spanish is a plus.
  • Willingness to be based in Barcelona and to travel regularly, particularly during the February-to April trade-show season.
