Stark Future SL is seeking an Engineering Manager – Web to own the delivery and health of our Frontend and Backend web teams. This hands‑on leadership role oversees product and project management across e‑commerce platforms and related web challenges in a fast‑growing environment.

You will drive architecture, reliability, and performance, while mentoring engineers and coordinating with design, product, QA, and external partners. Strong English communication is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years in software engineering
• 2+ years managing engineering teams
• Proficient in JS/TS (frontend & backend)
• Experience with e‑commerce platforms and high transaction volumes
• Solid Python scripting knowledge
• DevOps experience with AWS and CI/CD
• Experience with payment gateways & order management
• Hands‑on with AI tools (Claude, Copilot) in engineering workflows
• Strong English communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead Frontend and Backend web engineering teams and their growth.
• Own sprint planning, prioritization, and day‑to‑day project management across both teams.
• Be the single point of accountability for shipping features, coordinating with design, product, QA, and vendors.
• Step in to unblock issues by debugging incidents and writing/ reviewing code.
