Stark Future SL, based in Sant Boi near Barcelona, is building the world’s most powerful electric motorcycles. We are seeking an experienced Android lead to architect and own the mobile app, balancing quality, performance, and speed.

You will drive end-to-end features from concept to release, collaborating with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders. You will bring 5+ years of Android leadership, strong Kotlin/Jetpack Compose skills, and deep understandings of MVVM/MVI and

Formación

• 5+ years of experience leading Android applications
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern Android practices
• Deep knowledge of Android architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture) and performance optimization
• Experience diagnosing complex performance, memory, and stability issues
• Data-driven mindset with experience using A/B testing and feature flags

Responsabilidades

• Own the architecture and technical direction of the Android application, balancing quality, performance, and speed
• Take end-to-end ownership of mobile features from design through release and monitoring
• Diagnose and resolve performance, memory, and stability issues with multithreading and data caching
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric experiences
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and lead by example
• Drive standards for clean, stable, extensible code and CI/CD practices
