Porsche Digital, Barcelona-based, seeks a Content Management & Operations specialist to own end-to-end website content. You will manage content pages, perform editorial checks, and ensure quality across markets using a headless CMS and AI-assisted workflows.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in CMS, familiarity with Storyblok, and strong English. The role offers a hybrid setup, competitive salary, and a budget for training and language courses.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Hands-on experience with Storyblok preferred
• Strong understanding of headless CMS architecture and content modelling
• Working knowledge of SEO, web accessibility, and brand compliance
• Experience collaborating with developers, UX/UI designers and product teams in an agile environment
• Excellent written and spoken English; German a plus

You'll join the Content Management & Operations team, responsible for the end-to-end operation of the company's global website: from content creation and rollout to ongoing optimisation and maintenance. The team works with a modern headless CMS and AI-supported workflows to deliver high-quality, scalable digital content at speed.

Main responsibilities

• Build, maintain and update content marketing and topic pages using a headless CMS, following established standards and best practices
• Manage content requests through a ticketing system, prioritising tasks and ensuring timely delivery
• Perform editorial, structural and quality checks before publication
• Identify and resolve content-related issues on live websites
• Implement compliance and regulatory updates consistently across relevant pages and markets
• Apply proven structures and content standards to improve consistency, efficiency and scalability
• Support AI-assisted SEO and content quality checks and contribute to the continuous improvement of CMS workflows
• Collaborate with business units, developers, UX designers, product managers and the Lead Content Manager on more complex requirements
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing to help the team adopt new CMS features and processes

Core skills/experience

• University degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Hands-on experience with Storyblok is strongly preferred
• Good understanding of headless CMS architecture, content modelling and modular content structures
• Working knowledge of SEO, web accessibility (A11Y) and brand compliance
• Experience working cross-functionally with developers, UX/UI designers and product teams in an agile environment
• Strong written and spoken English; German is a plus
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
• A pragmatic mindset with a strong focus on quality, consistency and continuous improvement
