Job summary

Amazon España is seeking a Senior Water Infrastructure Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of external water infrastructure solutions across the EMEA region. You will coordinate 3rd party design consultants, develop budgets and schedules, and drive project contracts through legal and procurement processes.

The role requires strong project management, technical design capability, and program leadership to secure funding and deliver scalable water infrastructure for AWS data centers.

Qualifications

• Project management experience and leadership in complex delivery projects.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and align budgets and timelines.
• Experience in industrial or commercial engineering in mission critical facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of external water infrastructure solutions, from scoping to physical delivery.
• Manage third-party design consultants, develop requirements, budgets, business cases, permitting and project schedules.
• Prepare project contracts, milestone payments and schedules; navigate legal reviews and procurement pathways.
• Demonstrate strong project management and technical design competency to drive results.
• Lead deliveries by prioritizing based on changing business needs.
• Build and maintain the overall delivery program and project budget; secure finance via Capital Allocation Requests.
• Prepare investment case papers to secure internal funding for water reinforcement projects.
