A leading company in audiovisual production seeks an experienced professional to manage complex projects. This role involves coordinating logistics, leading execution, and ensuring content quality across academic and commercial initiatives, with a strong emphasis on organizational and execution skills. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
Reports to : Multimedia Marketing Manager & Strategic Content Program Lead
Purpose :
Deliver high-quality audiovisual productions for University academic and commercial content needs. Leads execution of complex video projects across degree programs, institutional storytelling, and campaign assets, ensuring alignment with brand standards and delivery timelines.
Scope of Responsibility :
Manage end-to-end production logistics : planning, scheduling, execution, vendor coordination, and postproduction delivery.
Lead audiovisual execution for program-related and institutional video assets.
Maintain structured workflows using production tracking tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront).
Apply sound production judgment to ensure efficiency and content quality.
Collaborate with internal teams and external providers, ensuring effective execution without assuming strategic or transversal responsibilities.
Requirements :
5+ years of experience in audiovisual production.
Strong organizational and executional skills; expert in managing complex production calendars.
Experience with academic, institutional, or commercial content.
High attention to detail, budget and process-oriented.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Knowledge of higher education environments and production tools : DAM Adobe (Workfront valued).
