Are you passionate about motion design and social media ?

We are looking for a Video Editor and Motion Graphic Designer with experience creating ads for Social Media. This profile must demonstrate a high level of creativity in producing audiovisual pieces aimed at advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.

Your mission : to develop high-quality visual content that is not only aesthetically appealing but also ensures effective audience engagement and drives campaign success. Are you up for this challenge?

Responsibilities :

• Create and design animated ads (video, motion graphics, GIFs) for advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Adapt each video piece to the format and native specifications of each platform, ensuring correct visualization and content performance.
• Collaborate with other designers and video editors on the team to ensure alignment of visual content with campaign strategies.
• Maintain a daily and constant communication flow with the PAID MEDIA team in the marketing department to ensure that the pieces meet brand and campaign needs.
• Maintain visual consistency across all ads and ensure compliance with the company's brand guidelines.
• Optimize the visual elements of the ads to maximize performance across different digital platforms.
• Structure and organize messages clearly and effectively, ensuring information is conveyed directly to the user and meets the objectives of the audiovisual content.
• Understand and be familiar with our buyer persona to adapt the content to the appropriate tone of voice, visual rhythm, and brand level in each market.
• Stay up to date on design trends and changes in platform algorithms to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of the ads.

Requirements :

• Professional command of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro with demonstrable experience in video editing and motion graphics. Familiarity with other tools in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite or alternative design and video editing programs (Figma, Capcut) is essential, although advanced use of these is not required.
• Basic knowledge in AI content generation (Adobe Firefly, Sora, Gemini, Runway, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney).
• Creativity, a good eye for graphic design, typography, and visual hierarchy. Attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
• Proactive profile with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Organization and thoroughness in work processes.
• Ability to efficiently organize and manage multiple projects and tasks, meeting tight deadlines.
• Knowledge in other areas (3D Design, Audio Editing, Layout, etc.) will be positively valued.
• Native level of Spanish, Intermedate level of English.
