Jobtailor in Madrid seeks an experienced credit professional to lead or contribute to methodology development and mentor junior analysts. The role requires deep fundamental credit experience and strong financial analysis skills.

You will oversee multiple projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with heads of rating teams to advance analytical tools and processes.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of fundamental credit experience.
• Experience at a rating agency, lending institution, private credit platform, or comparable org.
• Strong foundation in financial analysis.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring analytical teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of fundamental credit experience
• Substantial exposure at a rating agency, lending institution, private credit platform, or comparable organization
• Demonstrated depth of experience in some fundamental credit sectors
• Strong foundation in financial analysis
• Proven experience managing and mentoring analytical teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced technical proficiency in Excel, Python, financial modeling, and data analysis
• Strong research and analytical capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
• Proactive, collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, data science, economics, or related discipline required; advanced degrees preferred
