LUZA Group in Spain is seeking a Vehicle Technical Project Engineer to oversee the technical follow-up of the vehicle through development, industrialization, and launch phases, coordinating cross-functional teams and suppliers to achieve milestones.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, with at least 2 years in automotive technical roles, and be able to travel nationally and internationally.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical/Automotive/Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years in automotive technical roles (vehicle development/industrialization).
• Strong understanding of vehicle development and industrialization processes.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers.
• Fluent English is mandatory; willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee technical follow-up of the vehicle through development, industrialization and launch phases.
• Coordinate technical activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics and Suppliers.
• Monitor suppliers during resourcing, industrialization and engineering changes.
• Lead regular follow-up meetings with suppliers to ensure action plans are executed on time.
• Provide technical support during industrialization and vehicle launch activities.
• Manage product configuration activities including Launch Windows, part coding and NFC configuration.
• Monitor parts availability and technical maturity to meet milestones.
• Identify technical risks and define mitigation plans.
