Amazon Spain is seeking a skilled Program Manager for Transportation Network Configuration Quality to troubleshoot issues affecting the Europe network and ensure reliable customer delivery. You will collaborate with Transportation teams, Product Managers and SDEs to design and improve processes, document improvements, and participate in on-call rotations outside business hours.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is required.
• Engineering/IT background with relevant technical experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Be responsible for Amazon network configuration, ensuring highest standards in the network.
• Work with Transportation teams, Product Managers and SDEs to design, develop and improve processes.
• Mitigate issues impacting the network and plan long-term improvements.
• Document quality engineering processes, workflows, and knowledge sharing.
• Diagnose and resolve operational issues and participate in on-call rotations.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, a related technical field or equivalent experience
